The
abstract book of the conference will contain abstracts of all
presentations listed in the meeting program.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE ABSTRACTS
The abstract should be submitted electronically using Microsoft
Word or comparable word processing software and emailed as an
attachment (see below). Abstracts should be prepared using 8 ½ x
11 in. (approx. 21.6 x 27.9 cm) paper using the Arial font 12
points according to the format described below. The authors are
strongly urged to follow these instructions to ensure the
production of a uniformly high-quality abstract book. Margins
should be 1 in. (approx. 2.5 cm) top and bottom, 1.5 in.
(approx. 3.8 cm) left and 1 in. (approx. 2.5 cm) on right.
Abstracts should be submitted in English and will not be checked
for typing errors. Alternatively, if electronic submission is
not available abstract should be Faxed or mailed to:

The overall length of the abstract, including illustrations,
tables, and references, is limited to 1 page. Abstracts
exceeding this limit will be returned to their submitting
author. Abstracts should NOT be numbered. Abstracts should be
prepared as follows:
Title (capital letter for first letter of each word),
Authors, Affiliation and Complete Address
The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
Main text (Background, Results, Conclusions)
Use Arial Font, 12 points, justified, and single spaced.
Type the text as one paragraph. Footnotes should be avoided.
Figures and tables can be included in the main text and must be
individually numbered and captioned. Illustrations should be
sharp and clear.
References
At the end of the abstract, list all references to other
publications in alphabetical order of first author.
