INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS:

The time devoted for each talk is 30 minutes including 5 minutes for discussion. Only computer projectors (1024 x 768) are available for the presentations. PCs with Power Point software will be provided. If you need an alternative projection facility (e.g. overhead projector), please indicate it by sending an e-mail to Jill Panetta at jac09@health.state.ny.us or panetta@wadsworth.org  NO later than July 1. Please, do not use MAC file format and make sure to bring your presentation file written on a CD ROM or USB memory stick, please do not bring a zip disk. Authors are kindly requested to give their presentation file to the technician in the main conference room before the beginning of the corresponding session.
