EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL FEES:

 

 Exhibit Booth size will be 6 x 8 x 5 ft

 ·          The cost for booth space is $2,700 US

 ·          Other services such as equipment rental, internet, and janitorial services will be charged for in addition
 

 Full payment for each booth must accompany the Exhibitor Application to reserve booth space.  Two free registrations will be provided with each exhibit.

LOGO IN FINAL PROGRAM:

 

The logo and a 50 word company description for each exhibitor will be placed in the final conference program.  Details must be provided by June 6, 2008.

 

Security:   After hours access to the exhibit space will be restricted.  Protection of valuable items will, however, be the responsibility of each exhibitor.
